Lifelong resident of Jacksonville, married, enjoy house design and remodeling. My hope for the future of the neighborhood – to erase the unkempt appearance (trash, overgrown yards/sidewalks, deferred maintenance) and boost the number of caring, involved homeowners.
Treasurer: Norma Pitzer
Has Lived in lakeshore area since 1970. She has been with Laps Since 2002 (our Longest Member!!!) She has been LAPS treasurer Since 2004. She Has been married for 53 years and counting. Both of Norma's Sons attended Bayview Elementary and Lakeshore Middle School. She has 3 grandchildren, and 2 Great grandchildren.

Special Projects Chairperson: Kathy stark
Is a professional fine artist who has lived and painted from her Lakeshore home for 8 years, with her golden retriever alongside her. Her interest in serving on the LAPS board will be focused on beautifying our neighborhood by leading our SR 15 Adopt a mile Clean Up days, helping make sidewalks safe for pedestrians and school children and working towards a sense of greater neighborhood identity through more sign structures and landscaping at our other main entrances, She will also help supervise the maintenance of our existing historic arches and sign structures.

Is a Semi-retired accountant. Paul has lived in his Lakeshore home for 3 years, lives with his dogs Storm and Timmy.
Garden Adviser: Jessica Nelson
Jessica and Her Family have lived in Lakeshore for over 9 years. She has family that has attend both Bayview and Lakeshore. She has been a Gardner for over 3 years. Her interest is permaculture gardening, utilizing organic, non-GMO seeds. Seeing community come together through a healthy lifestyle and good old fashioned elbow grease, is a passion that i believe will bring about a great neighborhood.
